SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Return Policy

All returns must be authorized by iUltrasonic in writing. iUltrasonic will issue an authorization number for the return. We do not refund the original shipping charge. Items sold with ‘free shipping’ will be subject to a $15 shipping and handling fee. The return should be shipped freight prepaid and insured for the full value of the merchandise to the address issued with the authorization number. An item returned for any reason other than what is covered under warranty will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. All items must be returned within 15 days of receipt of your order in complete, unused, and re-sellable condition to receive credit. Product returns after 15 days from receipt may be subject to charges greater than 20%. If, however, the return is damaged (including in-transit damage), used, or contaminated beyond reuse, then Customer is liable for up to the full amount of the order. Charges for damaged or used products will be determined solely by iUltrasonic. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

Each Product return must include the following information:

  1. iUltrasonic authorization number
  2. Customer name and address
  3. Date of purchase
  4. Part number(s) of the returned item(s)

Products not authorized for return include:

  • Products not in completely re-sellable condition.
  • Chemicals and reagents.
  • Apparatus or instruments that have been used or are without the labeling and operating manuals.

No returns, cancellations or exchanges will be accepted for custom orders.

Delivery

Title of all Products shall transfer to Customer upon delivery of such Products to the carrier. The Customer is responsible for all import duties for Products shipped internationally.

Shipping Damage

Freight Delivery

Please inspect your iUltrasonic shipment immediately upon receipt. If any external damage is noticed, accept the shipment only after the driver has noted the damage on both his and your copies of the delivery receipt and you have requested an inspection by the carrier. Keep all containers and packing material for inspection. If, upon opening a shipment, you find damage, you must request inspection by the carrier within 10 days of delivery or you will relinquish your right to make a claim. Damage due to shipping is the sole responsibility of the freight carrier. All claims are to be made by the Customer directly with the carrier. iUltrasonic reserves the right to repair a damaged Product, where applicable, before replacement or credit is determined.

Parcel Delivery

For shipments on iUltrasonic's UPS account, if external damage is noticed on a delivery notify us within 10 days of delivery or refuse to accept package.  For shipments on the Customer's shipping account, the Customer is responsible and must follow up with the carrier.

Limited Warranty

iUltrasonic warrants that all Products will meet the manufacturer’s specifications for a term equal to the warranty period stated in the Product manufacturer’s literature. A defective or non-conforming Product is defined only as a Product which is outside of the manufacturer's defined Product specifications, and shall not include Products that fail to meet any fitness of use by Customer or any unique Customer operating conditions or applications.

If any Product or Service warranted hereunder proves defective or non-conforming, iUltrasonic's sole liability and Customer's sole remedy hereunder shall be for iUltrasonic, to repair or, at iUltrasonic's option, (i) replace any such defective or non-conforming Product with a non-defective or conforming Product (as applicable) or (ii) credit Customer's account for all amounts paid with respect to the defective or non-conforming Product or Service upon iUltrasonic's receipt of the defective or non-conforming Product. In the event of replacement, the replacement Product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.

If a Product should require warranty service, contact iUltrasonic for instruction. When the return of the Product is necessary, the Product should be shipped, transportation charges prepaid, to the indicated service center. To insure prompt handling, a detailed explanation of the defect should be enclosed with the Product.

This warranty shall not apply to and does not cover:

(a) Any Product: (1) which has been repaired or altered by parties other than iUltrasonic in any manner so as, in iUltrasonic’s judgment, to affect its serviceability or proper operation; (2) which has been subjected to improper handling, installation, operation, maintenance, repair, or modification, or alteration; or (3) which has been subjected to misuse, negligence, abuse, accident, abnormal wear and tear, or deterioration caused by chemicals or other substances or corrosion;
(b) Performance or nonperformance of the Products in Customer’s application of the Product, unless otherwise provided for in the warranty section as contained in the Instruction or Operation Manual governing the use of the model of Product.

Limitation of Liability

iUltrasonic shall have no liability for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from Customer’s or third party’s negligence, lack of training, use or misuse, or misapplication of the goods or item(s) furnished. In no event shall iUltrasonic be liable for any consequential damages of any nature whatsoever or any loss of income or profits. Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iUltrasonic and its employees from any claims, damages and actions of any kind or nature arising from or caused by the use or misuse of any material(s) or item(s) furnished. iUltrasonic only warrants supplied item(s) specifications to be defect free for warranty period. iUltrasonic shall not be liable in any way shape or form for any default in the performance of any obligation contained in, or related to, this contract, to the extent that performance is affected by any cause or causes beyond the control of iUltrasonic, including but not limited to acts or forces of nature, any law, rule, regulation of or any act or request of any government authority or agency, failure of any contractor or supplier, manufacturer or distributor product recall, carrier or transporter of goods or item(s) supplied, fire, storm, explosion, accidents, labor dispute, labor or material shortage, and/or delays in transportation. The total liability of

iUltrasonic (including its subcontractors and agents), if any, for damages relating to any Products sold under this agreement shall be limited to the price paid for such Product(s) and the total liability of

iUltrasonic (including its subcontractors and agents), if any, for damages relating to any services provided under this agreement shall be limited to the fees paid for the service giving rise to such claim.
