How Elma xtra ST300H ultrasonic cleaning systems make life easier
In addition to giving you a choice of coarse cleaning at 25 kHz or fine cleaning at 45 kHz these units are equipped with an automatic sweep function that assures fast, thorough, uniform cleaning. Activate the pulse mode to degas new solutions in 5 to 10 minutes and to remove recalcitrant contaminants. Or activate the dynamic sweep/pulse mode to get the benefit of both modes. Cleaning starts when the solution reaches the pre-set temperature (30° to 80°C) with an auto safety shut-off at 90°C. Control cleaning time in increments to 30 minutes with auto shut off, or permanent on with a 12-hour auto shut off if you forget. Operating parameters are signaled with LED displays so you know at a glance what’s going on.
Even servicing is easier with the xtra ST systems because the modular one-piece control and generator components can be quickly removed and exchanged.
